Abstract

Consists of a copy of an excerpt from "Polnische Zigeuner: Historische und Sittenkizzen" by Jerzy Ficowski. The excerpt contains information relating to the treatment and persecution of Gypsies in Poland during World War II and their suffering in concentration camps. Also included is information about medical experiments conducted on Gypsy twins by Josef Mengele, the imprisonment and destruction of Gypsies in Auschwitz-Birkenau, and Gypsy transport statistics.
